Welcome
 Merrimack
Health Group, Inc., (MHG) was created in 1998 for the purpose
of organizing into an integrated long-term health care system
various investment interests. Members of the company have been
involved in the delivery of health care services in a management
and ownership capacity over the past several decades. In recent
years, MHG has concentrated on delivery of services to the senior
market, and in particular, the specific market arena of long
term care facilities and assisted living residences.
The company's success can be
attributed to the fact that operations are completely decentralized,
with the administrators and staff at the facilities making the
decisions. This provides each with the flexibility to deal with
their particular issues in a timely, more effective manner.
In 2003, seven of MHG's facilities
received completely deficiency-free surveys from the Massachusetts
Department of Public Health. Given the challenging and painstaking
survey process. these statistics demonstrate the commitments
of the MHG clinical staff to excellence in care.
MHG properties are primarily
based in Massachusetts, with the exception of the one facility
in Bedford, NH.
