Job Description/Qualifications |
- Licensed Social Worker - LICSW
or LCSW Part Time to Full Time
Number of Openings: 1
- Everett Nursing and Rehabilitation
Center, a 170-bed nursing home / skilled nursing facility located
in Everett, Massachusetts, is looking for a part time to full
time experienced Licensed Social Worker - LICSW or LCSW.
- Must have Licensed Independent
Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
(LCSW) in place.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing
Facility (SNF) / Nursing Home (NH) required.
- Knowledge of MDS, PPS and regulations
is required.
- Must be comfortable with the
elderly, short term rehab and dementia populations.
- At minimum 2 years of experience
in a nursing home setting is required.
- Currently considering 12 to
40 hour position.
