Number of Openings: 1
Description:
Marlborough Hills, a 196 bed JCAHO accredited skilled nursing
facility, is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Manager to join
our team. This opportunity is 1st shift position.
Job duties include but are
not limited to:
- Responsible for overall management
of nursing units including clinical expertise, ensuring regulatory
compliance, and staff supervision, direction and evaluation.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates will have
experience working in a short-term/long-term care (STC/LTC) setting,
and strong interpersonal skills to work successfully with families,
physicians and staff.
- Registered Nurse (RN) preferred;
nursing management experience a plus.
- Must have current nursing license
from the State of Massachusetts.
