- MDS / OBRA Coordinator - Registered
Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time
Number of Openings: 1
- Everett Nursing and Rehabilitation
Center, a 170-bed nursing home / skilled nursing facility located
in Everett, Massachusetts, has an immediate opening for a full
time MDS / OBRA Coordinator - Nurse.
- Must be a licensed Massachusetts
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Must have 2 to 5 years experience
in PPS or OBRA MDS in a long term care (LTC) setting.
