| Mr. Mantzoukas has more than 35 years of health care experience, encompassing inpatient hospital, ambulatory, and long-term health care. His knowledge and business expertise in facility administration, ownership, and the long-term care industry in general has enabled Merrimack Health Group's ownership interests to grow to the current ten skilled nursing facilities and two assisted living residences. Merrimack Health Groups's success can be attributed in part to Mr. Mantzoukas' strong commitment to the delivery of quality care within a decentralized operational model. Prior to forming Merrimack Health Group, Mr. Mantzoukas held executive positions at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Children's Hospital Medical Center, Boston, Massachusetts, and was founder and Executive Director of Lynn Community Health Center in Lynn, Massachusetts. Mr. Mantzoukas holds a Masters in Public Health from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. |

| Michael Walsh has over 25 years of senior care experience. He was instrumental in leading the growth of Merrimack Health Group from two skilled nursing homes in a decentralized environment to ten (plus a management and consulting company) within two years. Mr. Walsh's skills in acquisitions, capital structuring, strategic planning, organizational and operational design, informational systems, product development, reimbursement, and leadership allowed for the establishment and success of Merrimack Health Group. Mr. Walsh previously worked at a CPA firm specializing in health care and graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Accounting and Communications. |
